Currently, we’re looking for a design & proposal engineer who will be responsible for the technical sales process for these design packages. You’ll be involved in different stages of the project, where you’ll be working on concepts and designs till the final quotation and proposal towards our clients. Unique in this job is the wide variety of the maritime markets were you will be working in.

You will be part of the commercial team, cooperating with our Commercial Director, Technical Sales Managers and Lead/Project Engineers to determine the scope of work, making risk analysis, quotations and estimations, set the right contract conditions up to the final proposal. When the project is being rewarded, you’re responsible to transfer the scope towards the engineering departments. During this process you’ll be in close contact with our clients, and you will visit them on a regular basis.

For this position we’re aiming for someone with a solid (naval) engineering background, experience in concept and (basic) design engineering, who is commercially driven and willing to travel on a regular basis (Within EU frequently, occasionally US).
